This video was literally the first of many projects I've shot on the RED camera. What started as a glorified camera test for the RED workflow, and was meant to be a learning experience, quickly turned into a rather beautiful piece as we set out to tell a very simple story in a very visual way.

In fact, this video can hardly be considered a story, but in many ways, it offers a visual counterpart to the emotional contour of the music.

The video was shot in Chicago with some of the craziest weather I've ever seen. All the exterior footage was shot within a three or four hour window and created some rather stunning imagery!
